First and foremost, the fall concert is just around the corner on Sunday, October 18 at 2:00pm at Lisner Auditorium. See sidebar  (or below if you are viewing this message on a mobile device) for ticket information. GWUBAF is assisting the band officers with a casual reception following the concert. We will introduce ourselves to the GW Band community and hope you can joins us for some good music and food.

December

Finals pizza nights: As you all remember, final exams are stressful. GWUBAF is planning a pizza night in B120 to provide quiet study space as well as some much-needed food. If you would like to donate to or participate in this event, please email us atgwubaf@gmail.com.

Holiday Games: CBrass typically welcomes some alumni help during Winter Break. Expected dates are *tentatively* Saturday, December 19th; Sunday, January 3rd; and Saturday, January 9th. More information to come.

February

Alumni Game: Mark your calendars!The official alumni game is scheduled for Saturday, February 27, vs. VCU. Tip-off is scheduled for 12:30pm, so plan for any social events to take place after the game.

March

GWUBAF will not be able to provide transportation for alumni to the A-1o tournament this year, but we will coordinate carpools and connect alumni who need hotel recommendations.

Other News

Updates to our bylaws have been approved 41:1, so thank you all for voting. Those of you who did have dissenting votes, feel free to contact the Board with your questions. Once the incorporation process is complete and our bank account is secured, we will discuss dues. As always, GWUBAF is a collaborative effort and we always welcome your opinions and suggestions.
